Drone and aerial photographyDrone · soon
The lot, the land, and the site, from above.
Aerial photos and video for listings, land, construction progress, and venues in Tempe, Scottsdale, Chandler, Mesa, and Phoenix: the views no one gets from the curb.
Drone · soon. Tell us about the project. Aerial work opens once a remote pilot with a current FAA certificate is assigned, and nothing flies before then. Tell us the place, what it needs to show from above, and your timing, and we'll reply when aerial bookings open.

Questions · Drone
Before you ask.
Plain answers, the same ones you get in writing.
Who flies an aerial job?
A remote pilot whose FAA certificate is current, checked before the job is assigned. The certificate belongs to the pilot, not the aircraft, so the pilot’s is the one we check.
No aerial job is flown without one.
When can my project be flown?
Once a remote pilot with a current certificate is assigned to it and the location is cleared for the flight. Nothing flies before both.
Tell us about the project now, and we’ll reply with what’s possible and when.
What should the request include?
The place (an address, or a pin for land), what it needs to show from above, what the photos or the video are for, and your timing. A listing date, a construction timeline, or an event date helps us reply with what’s possible.
Can a drone fly anywhere around Phoenix?
No. Parts of Tempe, Scottsdale, Chandler, Mesa, and Phoenix sit close to airports, where a flight needs FAA authorization first, and some places can’t be flown at all.
Every location is checked before an aerial job is confirmed. If it can’t be flown, we say so.
How is aerial work priced?
Per job, in writing, before anything flies: the deliverables, the delivery date, and the price. The quote comes once a pilot can be assigned to your project.
How are aerial photos of a listing edited?
By the documentary standard, like every listing photo: exposure and color are corrected, and nothing in the frame is added, removed, or moved.
Aerial photos made to promote a place, such as a venue’s website, follow the creative standard you agree to before the job.
Can aerial photos tell me the condition of a roof?
No. Aerial photos show what is visible from above and where it is. They make no judgment about the condition of a roof or a property.
The promise
Every job is held to the same written standard, whoever is behind the camera.
